August

Caleb turned 28 on the 19th, and the kids got to spend time with Grandma, Dede, Emily, Grace, Faith & Jesse, and of course Leah while his parents went to dinner. Liam thought this was the greatest thing, and Emma well she didnt care for having a bottle and let Grandma know! Grandma bought a delicious cake, and we all enjoyed getting to visit.

Earlier in the day on his birthday, Liam & I went to the store to get a danish for him, and a jamba juice. Emma really wanted some jamba juice, and of course Liam was not going to miss out on that either. Caleb also opened some small gifts (including about 7.5 pounds of sour strips- his request)

Caleb is back in school, enjoying his 2nd year, and we are all getting on a new schedule. Here is a picture from this morning...the kids were laughing with Caleb. They are getting so big!!

Fun Fun Weekend!

We had such a wonderful weekend...on Friday evening we met Grandma ("Bhama") and Leah at the Fountains. We ate at the Whole Foods, or at least Caleb, Liam & I did, since Grandma ate some Klondike bars prior to meeting us so she was a little full. We then walked around the street fair, and watched the fountain. Liam thought this was really cool, and Grandma & him made some wishes by throwing some pennies in.

Then on Saturday evening we went with Grandma, Faith & Jesse, and Emily & Grace to the Sacramento Rivercats game. We had a lot of fun on a very HOT night. I think by the time we got up to go home all of our pants were sticking to our legs since it was still warm at 10pm. The Rivercats won though, and it was very exciting. Most importantly Grandma got to see the fireworks too, as she thought last week when she went there would be some, and there wasnt any. The fireworks were awesome, and Liam loved them. He also enjoyed eating Merlino's freeze, a snowcone, fruit snacks, and asking if the team could take a nap (then he could see the fireworks). Emma was not too crazy about all the noise, but she enjoyed the fireworks! We all had such a wonderful time!! Liam loved being able to see the girls, Faith & Jesse and Grandma. Thank you Thank you!
