Emma's Birthday

Emma turned 2! She is a big girl, very funny & cute!

Here are some photos from her party, including the cake...our first time with fondant, we had heard fondant isnt usually yumm to eat, but we made some marshmallow fondant, and it was good! Liam has requested a Mickey Mouse cake for his next birthday, so we are ready!

Here is the picture of the infamous Minnie Mouse card, that just in case you are wondering is still singing to her! The card is a little tattered but still singing away!

In January we decided that we wanted to build a nice toy organizer for the kids, which was to include cubbies, and bookshelves. Caleb figured out the dimensions, and we headed out to Lowes to pick up some wood and necessary materials. We started with building the cubbies first, staining them, and then poly-ing them. We then followed with the bookshelves. Here is the work in progress, and the finished product, which all of us love! Caleb worked so hard at this project, and did an awesome job! He is amazing!
